How do I personalise my order?

You can add your personalisation details when ordering your card.

Please enter the name, relationship, age or wording you would like in the personalisation box on the product page.

If you would like different wording from that shown on the card, that’s no problem — just add the wording you would like when ordering.

What is your returns policy?

As all cards are personalised and made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

I have seen an item I like, can I change the wording?

Yes, of course. The wording on most of my cards can be changed to suit the occasion, as long as it will fit nicely on the design.

Just add the wording you would like when placing your order.

What size are your cards?

Most of my cards are 6" x 6", although some designs are also available in larger sizes.
